The accusation is clever and well-crafted. Terry is in serious trouble. To make matters worse, Wynn sends a company assassin, MERRICK, to kill Fitzgerald. Spawn is there every step of the way, watching over Terry and eliminating the assassins along the way. He doesn't want anyone else to kill Fitzgerald because Spawn wants him for himself.
