After discovering that Feebas evolves into Milotic, Team Rocket agrees. However, when they let their new Feebas swim in a nearby river, they find out that Feebas is actually a Magikarp painted in the colors of a Feebas, meaning they have been tricked again. After Ash and the others learn what happened, they must retrieve Spoink's Pearl by finding the Magikarp Salesman before Team Rocket does.
